Why I started RootCare.
I spent years in busy clinics before starting RootCare — seeing patient after patient, rarely enough time to really listen.
Some symptoms don't have a clean explanation - they just keep coming back, and somewhere along the way, you stop expecting answers.
That's exactly why I started RootCare.
Growing up in Korea, acupuncture and herbal medicine were simply part of how people took care of themselves. Not a last resort - just a natural part of life. That's the kind of care I want you to experience here: grounded, attentive, and genuinely focused on you.
Looking beneath the symptoms.
Acupuncture is often seen as something just for pain or ACC injuries. It can be very helpful for that, but Traditional East Asian medicine goes further: it helps the body find its way back to balance.
I look at the pattern beneath the symptoms — from poor digestion and disrupted sleep to recurring tension and hormonal shifts — instead of treating each concern in isolation. When we understand that pattern together, real change becomes possible.
